CCC Leadership is a four-month leadership development experience designed specifically for women in the nonprofit and education sectors. Adapted from the transformative, year-long Power of Self program created in 2000 by Marsha Clark & Associates, CCC Leadership distills the most impactful elements into a focused, immersive format.

Each cohort is limited to 16 women, ensuring deep personal development and community-building. Meals, assessments, materials, and coaching are all included. Transportation and lodging are not.
