Our Programs
Our Signature Program
The Women’s Nonprofit Leadership Program is a six-month, cohort-based learning experience designed specifically for women leading in the nonprofit sector.
It brings together a small, committed group of peers for eight full days of in-person learning, strategic coaching, and authentic connection.
Throughout six months, participants step away from day-to-day pressure and step into guided development, reflection, and community. Each session is practical, challenging, energizing, and intentionally structured so leaders leave with tools they can use immediately.
