Jaime Meyers, Founder & Executive Coach

Jaime Meyers is the Founder of CCC Leadership and supports the program today as an Executive Coach and Leadership Committee Member. With over 12 years of experience working in nonprofit organizations, Jaime’s passion is working with high-impact leaders in the nonprofit sector. After graduating from the Power of Self Program in 2016, Jaime was inspired to tailor the program to meet the unique needs of women in the nonprofit sector. Jaime created CCC with the goal of supporting female leaders in making purposeful decisions and sharing tools with them to make a meaningful impact in their communities. Prior to launching CCC Leadership, Jaime led and facilitated strategy development for organizations and programs, built and supported high performing teams, formed meaningful and complex partnerships to positively impact thousands of children, and raised almost $4.5M. 

Jaime also leads the nonprofit practice for Victory Search Group, managing searches for high caliber executive talent. Previously, Jaime was the Director of Early Childhood Initiatives at The Commit! Partnership and the Founding Director of Early Matters Dallas (EMD), a coalition of 100+ business, philanthropic and education leaders.  Under her leadership, EMD created the first Dallas County Early Childhood Action Plan.  Meyers also spearheaded a coordinated effort to equip 2,800 parents through 35 organizations and a media campaign, resulting in a 14% increase in brain building activities with children. Prior to that Jaime worked with Children at Risk for six years. In her role as Managing Director, North Texas she launched the first satellite office for the organization, building a high profile board, and raising over $815,000 in its second year. Prior to moving to Dallas, Jaime led Children At Risk’s five-year strategic planning, worked closely with the Board of Directors’ and its committees, as well as led the Development team.

Previously, she also worked at College Forward, St. Edward’s University and United Ways of Texas. Jaime received her Bachelor’s in International Relations from St. Edward’s University in Austin, Texas. Meyers is a graduate of Power of Self and Public Voices Thought Leadership Program and currently serves on the Leadership Committees of Public Voices and Great Girls Network.

Marsha Clark, Lead Facilitator & Content Lead

Marsha Clark is the owner of Marsha Clark & Associates, which offers a wide variety of workshops targeted to enhance leadership, team, and individual development. Marsha's passion is supporting women in their personal and professional development. For over 20 years she has delivered a series of offerings to enable women to explore, discover and optimize their potential. One of the offerings, a 12-month program called the POWER of Self, combined experiential learning and individual coaching, and provided an opportunity for women to gain greater personal clarity and a strategic framework for making more deliberate choices in all dimensions of their lives.

Prior to starting her own business in 2000, Marsha was a Corporate Vice President for EDS. During almost 21 years with EDS, she held a variety of roles with ever-increasing responsibility. In her last role she served as an assistant to the Chief Operating Officer working in the areas of strategic alliances, performance management, and account operations improvement. Marsha has a Masters of Science in Organization Development from American University in Washington, D.C.

Marsha is widowed with a son, a wonderful daughter-in-law, and three precious grandchildren.

Heather Hankamer, Executive Director & Executive Coach

Heather Hankamer is the owner of Heather Hankamer Consulting which works with a variety of clients on leadership development, event production and various aspects of running a nonprofit organization. In addition to owning her own consulting business, Heather is also the President of the non-profit Dallas Regional Science and Engineering Fair.  

Most recently Heather was the Executive Director of TEDxSMU and the Assistant Director of K-12 Outreach for the Caruth Institute for Engineering Education at SMU Lyle. Under Heather’s leadership, the TEDx programs at SMU grew from 2 annual conferences for the Dallas community to a year-round slate of events on and off the SMU campus. These events included the very popular TEDxSMUWomen conference, TEDxKids@SMU, simulcasts of TED conferences and a leadership/community engagement program for SMU students. Heather also ran numerous outreach programs through the Caruth Institute. These programs included STEM summer camps for 6th to 12th graders, a design challenge event called Visioneering and the Dallas Regional Science and Engineering Fair. Annually these events reached over 2,500 students from across the North Texas region, with over 55% of students coming from economically disadvantaged communities.

Heather is also a proud, 2016 graduate of the Marsha Clark’s leadership program Power of Self. When she is not working Heather enjoys cooking, reading, swimming and entertaining friends.

 

Tracie Shipman, Facilitator & Content Expert

Over the span of her career, Tracie has created, customized, and delivered thousands of hours of content for leaders and teams for a wide variety of clients from around the world—from high tech corporations such as EDS, Accenture, and Alcon Laboratories, to high touch organizations such as USAA, the Center for Non-profit Management, and SMU.

In collaboration with industry leaders including Marsha Clark & Associates, Power+Systems, Inc., Lumina Learning, and Entelechy, Tracie continues to strengthen and support the development of power, presence, and awareness in leaders. Participants of all her programs love her energy, her spontaneity, her subject-matter expertise, and her ability to make the material she’s presenting relevant, meaningful, and fun. 

Tracie also serves as a coach to leaders around the globe. Supplementing her coaching practice with a variety of assessments, models, and tools allows Tracie to provide a highly professional and profoundly personalized experience for her clients. 

In addition to her work with organizations, Tracie also served as an elected official for the City of Frisco, TX. She was elected to two terms as a Council Member and was appointed by her peers as the Mayor Pro-tem for two terms. She served as the Vice-Chair of the nationally recognized Frisco Comprehensive Planning Advisory Committee and was appointed by the City Council to serve on the Frisco Community Development Corporation, the Charter Review Commission and the Visit Frisco (Convention and Visitor’s Bureau) board.
